We try not to impose any customs and duties but in rare cases it happens then customers are responsible for any customs or duty or charges levied by their country. We have no control over these fees or charges, but may be charged according to the rules of different countries.
In rare cases courier companies may also charge some additional fees or service charges. This is entirely the buyer’s responsibility to pay these charges or fees.
Our mission is to deliver the product on time, but in some cases, there is going to be a delay in shipping which is not in our control. In this case, No refund, No returns, No replacement & No exchange.
